Focus, Focus, Focus

I  have seen it time and time again. A company wants to become successful and tries to focus on everything. By focusing on everything, you become scattered and ultimately not good at anything. Resources get spread thin and strategies become scattered. Companies that try to be everything to everybody tend to flounder and lose the interest of consumers. Best advice, find the services/solutions for which you excel.  Beat the competition by doing the things you are the best at providing. You will become the lead dog. Customers will gravitate to your company and before you know it, you will become profitable and successful in the things that you do best. Spreading yourself too thin is a recipe for disaster. Focusing is a recipe for success.
